Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange or credit policy (subject to the following terms and conditions)

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, however, we can offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange or credit , we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There is a 15% restock fee that will be deducted from your credit or exchange value. There are certain situations where an exact exchange is permissible. These will be handled on a case by case basis. There is a repair fee for any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. This fee will be deducted from the exchange or credit value as well.

Exchange or credit (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange or credit will be processed, and a credit or exchange statement will be issued and emailed to you.

Credit or exchange (usage)
If you have been issued a credit or exchange, as stated on your e-mailed credit or exchange form, you will have 90 (ninety) days to use your credit or exchange,after which time it will be considered abandoned and processed for administrative costs.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or credited.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are the same product line, but different styles. If the product in question required factory customization, there is an assembly fee assessed to complete the new style product. If you need to exchange it for the same item class but alternate style, please send us an email at kkjewelrydesign@gmail.com subject: incorrect style.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: K&K Jewelry Design P.O Box 1343, Port Richey, FL 34673-1343

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange or credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange or credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All custom orders are non-refundable for any reason. Custom orders are an as is product and all sales are final.
